The mission at Diamond Experience Co. is to provide high quality, gentle and compassionate outpatient services to children, adolescents and adults on their journey to mental wellness. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will provide goal directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition, and follow a strengths-based model that will help develop and build skills that will help the child and family function autonomously and successfully.
Must have at least a Bachelors in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. The Qualified Mental Health Professional/Case Manager will be responsible for providing Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
- CANS/ANSA Certification
- Bilingual- English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- At least two (2) years prior experience working in the behavioral health field or closely related field
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Must have access to computer and internet
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently with minimal daily oversight
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and EHR software
- Ability to work from a strengths-based, trauma–informed, and culturally competent perspective
- Must acknowledge and adhere to Medicaid/Insurance guidelines
- Work closely with the clinical team in developing a service/treatment plan that is focused on the child and family needs and recognizing their strengths
- Responsible for providing skill-building training in the home or out in the community using evidence-based practices and curriculums
- Provides support and crisis/emergency services for the child/family through face-to-face contact, phone or virtual
- Maintain all client documentation in the EHR and write progress notes adhering to requirements set by the Texas Administrative Code
- Enter data in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Completion of daily session notes within 24 hours after session
- Documents non-billable contacts with the clients to show history of follow-up and/or non-compliance
- Updates necessary client demographics information in EHR software by the 20th of each month
- Promptly submits documentation needed for the tracking of output/outcome measures. May be asked to assist in record review or qualitative review processes.
- Utilize effective listening skills to establish rapport with clients, family members, and other individuals close to the client; provide emotional support and encouragement; and engage family members in the service process
- Responsible for keeping the family and team members informed on progress toward achieving Service Plan goals
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as behavior management, counseling services to the client, budget management, independent transportation assistance, time management skills, and other tasks to promote independent living
- Collaborate with court/probation, tribal/community agencies, families, and other natural support systems to ensure client’s needs are met. Develops a strong working relationship with community partners. Assist clients in practicing effective communication, problem-solving, and anger management techniques in their daily lives
- Participate in staff meetings, monthly training, company programs, professional development training as required

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
The Clinical Assessment Contractor provides direct clinical services to clients including but not limited to diagnostic assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, as needed. This position prepares written reports required by the agency (progress reports, treatment plans etc.). The Clinical Assessment Contractor completes and maintains CANS/ANSA certification. This position performs all duties within the contract, state and federal regulations, and company policy.
Master’s degree and active license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, required. Preferred to have 3 years of experience working with children and families.
- Prepares written reports required by agency (treatment plans, progress reports, etc.).
- Provides direct clinical services to clients including but not limited to diagnostic assessments, individual, group and family therapy, as needed.
- Maintains CANS/ANSA certification up-to-date

The Referral Coordinator will report to the Office Manager and Executive Director. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all client inquiries and will be able to multitask and have the necessary skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized
- Must know how to document properly
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and EHR software
- Must be able to provide excellent client care and handle difficult situations if necessary
- Must be willing to work as a team player with fellow peers and providers

Client Service
- Check in and greet clients in a pleasant, and professional manner upon arrival
- Answer client inquiries in a polite, yet professional manner
- Resolve any problems or issues that a client may have
Call Management
- Answer all phone calls in a punctual and professional manner. Calls cannot be missed
- Check voicemail messages, make sure to obtain complete information before routing the call
- Attend to faxes received in a timely manner
Insurance Verification
- Schedule clients while paying close attention to obtaining and inputting the correct and required information (for billing purposes). Reverify information with the client before ending the call
- Insurance verification should be done every 90 days, to ensure client insurance is still active/accurate
- Explain to the client any inquiries they have about their insurance. If unable to answer inquiries, employees can get with a biller or supervisor to find the best solution
Administrative Tasks
- Receive packages and, make sure they are attended to and distributed to the appropriate person
- Keep client and employee files organized and confidential
- Send out important reminders and emails to employees and providers
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work well with fellow employees
- Participate in staff meetings, monthly training, company programs, professional development training as required
- Ensure there is someone there to cover you when leaving your desk
- Dress according to the dress code provided and look presentable
