The mission at Diamond Experience Co. is to provide high quality, gentle and compassionate outpatient services to children, adolescents and adults on their journey to mental wellness. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will provide goal directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition, and follow a strengths-based model that will help develop and build skills that will help the child and family function autonomously and successfully.
Must have at least a Bachelors in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. The Qualified Mental Health Professional/Case Manager will be responsible for providing Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
The Clinical Assessment Contractor provides direct clinical services to clients including but not limited to diagnostic assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, as needed. This position prepares written reports required by the agency (progress reports, treatment plans etc.). The Clinical Assessment Contractor completes and maintains CANS/ANSA certification. This position performs all duties within the contract, state and federal regulations, and company policy.
Master’s degree and active license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, required. Preferred to have 3 years of experience working with children and families.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all client inquiries and will be able to multitask and have the necessary skills to work in a fast-paced environment.

Through internships for counseling students and supervision for those working towards licensure, we invest in the next generation of mental health professionals, ensuring quality care for years. Our program provides students and emerging therapists hands-on experience in a supportive and educational environment. Interns and practicum students will have the opportunity to:
Work under the supervision of licensed and experienced therapists. Gain practical experience in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, individual, group, and family therapy. Participate in client assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Attend regular supervision meetings to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills. Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
