that is focused on the child and family needs and recognizing their strengths<\/li><li>Responsible for providing skill-building training in the home or out in the community using evidence-based practices and curriculums<\/li><li>Provides support and crisis\/emergency services for the child\/family through face-to-face contact, phone or virtual<\/li><li>Maintain all client documentation in the EHR and write progress notes adhering to requirements set by the Texas Administrative Code<\/li><li>Enter data in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Completion of daily session notes within 24 hours after session<\/li><li>Documents non-billable contacts with the clients to show history of follow-up and\/or non-compliance<\/li><li>Updates necessary client demographics information in EHR software by the 20th of each month<\/li><li>Promptly submits documentation needed for the tracking of output\/outcome measures.
